Yogi Sole operates on an exchange-only basis. We maintain a strict 'No Refund' policy, honoring exchanges as our standard resolution to ensure your complete satisfaction with our handcrafted footwear.

2. Exceptional scenarios

We do make rare exceptions in specific operational scenarios. Refunds are strictly permitted only in exceptional cases where an authorized replacement product is completely out of stock and an exchange cannot be fulfilled.

3. Processing of approved refunds

If a refund is authorized under the aforementioned exceptional circumstances, the following procedures apply:

• Method of Credit: Refunds will be securely issued directly to the same debit/credit card or bank account utilized for the original transaction.
• Deductions: You will be credited for the exact cost of the items and applicable taxes. Please note that original shipping and handling costs are strictly non-refundable.
• Timeline: Please allow up to 10 working days for our team to fully process authorized refunds.
