1. General

These Terms govern your use of the Yogi Sole website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Intellectual property

All digital content, including brand imagery, logos, product designs, and text, is the exclusive property of Yogi Sole. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

3. Purchases and pricing

All prices are listed in PKR. We reserve the right to modify pricing, update product specifications, or discontinue items without prior notice. Yogi Sole retains the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.

4. Returns and exchanges

We hold our handcrafted footwear to the highest standards of quality and precision. Yogi Sole maintains a strict 'No Refund' policy, honoring exchanges as our standard resolution.

• Exceptions: Refunds are strictly limited to exceptional cases where an authorized replacement product is completely out of stock.
• Exchange Window: We operate on an exchange-only basis. Exchange requests must be initiated, and the product returned to our facility, within 15 days from the original date of delivery.
• Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, entirely unaltered, and with all original packaging intact. To protect the soles, we request that you try them on indoors on a clean, carpeted surface.
• Defect Claims: We offer a 15-day claim policy specifically for manufacturing or design defects. Normal wear and tear, including worn stitching or naturally frayed ropes, are not considered manufacturing defects.

5. Limitation of liability

Yogi Sole shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. The natural lifespan of footwear inherently varies based on frequency of use and exposure to the elements.

6. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Pakistani courts.
